If you are already signed in, you can change your email here: https://posthope.org/dashboard/myinformation

If you are not signed in, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your account https://posthope.org/account/login
  2. Hover over "My PostHope" in the top navigation and select "My Information"

Change your Email and click the "Save Changes" button

 

If you are already signed in, you can change your name here: https://posthope.org/dashboard/myinformation

If you are not signed in, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your account https://posthope.org/account/login
  2. Hover over "My PostHope" in the top navigation and select "My Information"

Change your full name and click the "Save Changes" button

 

If you are already signed in, you can change your name here: https://posthope.org/dashboard/changepassword

If you are not signed in, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your account https://posthope.org/account/login
  2. Hover over "My PostHope" in the top navigation and select "Change Password"

Enter your new password and click the "Save Changes" button

 

If you lost your password and cannot sign in, you can reset it here: https://posthope.org/resendpassword

You will need the email address you used when signing up.

 

If you no longer wish to receive email notifications for when you receive private messages when you are not online, complete the following:

  1. Navigate to your conversations page: https://posthope.org/conversations/all
  2. Find the conversation you do not want to receive email notifications for.
  3. Click the red "Unsubscribe" button

To send a private message, you will need to be signed in to your account first.

Once you are signed in, there are two ways to send private messages.

1) Click the name of the user you want to send a message to.

2) From the messages section of PostHope

Click the messages link at the top of any page to view your current private conversations. Then click the + New conversation button.

  2. Choose all the names of the people you want to include in the conversation thread.

  3. Compose your message and press send.
